There is also a gate that offer's direct access for a boat to the lake on the back of the property.

The huge balcony soaks up the afternoon sun and overlooks the finest lake and mountain views, it sets the perfect stage for entertaining the afternoon away with friends, and with no neighbours in front, it's also perfect for privately enjoying the peace and perfection of the areas and the downstairs covered area offers similar views.

If there's a chill in the air the large indoor wood fire will warm you up and set the tone for a cozy evening. The house is set up with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday experience. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, electric blankets on the beds, heating, drying room, Foxtel, DVD's and flat screen TV.

Summer rates do not cover Christmas, New Year or Easter. For these dates the additional charges will be incorporated.

The property sleeps 9 in total and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite.

$1,700 - 3 night long weekend (Fri-Mon)
$1,950 - 5 night midweek (Sun-Thurs)
$2,800 - full week (Sun-Sun / Fri-Fri)
